Ha compiuto gli studi musicali presso i Conservatori di Losanna, Bienne e Berlino con i maestri E. Mülli, G. Lünenbürger e H. Tol. Vince nel 1987 il «Concours National d’exécution musicale de Riddes» e, per tre anni consecutivi, l’ambito premio della Fondazione «Ernst Göhner». Svolge da diversi anni un’intensa attività concertistica collaborando con importanti istituzioni musicali internazionali. She completed her music studies at the Lausanne, Bienne and Berlin conservatories under E. Mülli, G. Lünenbürger and H.Tol. In 1987 she won the “Concours National d’exécution musicale de Riddes” and has won the highly coveted “Ernst Göhner” Foundation prize three years in a row. For several years now she has worked an intense concert schedule collaborating with high-profile international music institutions. She has recorded recitals as soloist for several international radio broadcasters (Radio et Television Suisse Romande, Suisse internationale and Radio Digit, Radio Vaticana) and has also recorded several CDs of music for recorder, flagiolet and czakan for Flatus records that have been unanimously praised by international music critics. Since 1991 she has been resident professor of the Recorder at the Conservatorio Cantonale di Musica di Sion, has taught at the Novantica international courses in Frascati (Italy) and in Switzerland has directed the polyphonic choirs «Animae» and «Edelweiss». Anne Kirchmeier has published criticisms of Roberto Valentino’s music for recorder and of several sonatas for recorder by Venetian composers of the 18th century for the publishers Flatus. Since 1998 she has been artistic director of the Festival Flatus (Swiss).Renaissance &Baroque Recorder. The course is open to all levels of ability. Technique and interpretation of the recorder’s repertoire from 1600 through 1750 will be taught in individual, collective and chamber music classes. |
